Enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting comfortably at a table, with one movement of the fingers, you can review the performance of stock markets, browse the Internet checking the latest news, manage a conference call or a presentation, watch a music video or a photo gallery, all on the flat surface of a design table, perfectly placed within a luxurious living-room, a hotel, a yacht or a private jet. To relax, playing a digital piano or a virtual billiard, are just some of the actions, which Danilo Cascella saw in his mind made by his discerning clientele, demanding and always looking for sophisticated and exclusive products. Bearing in mind this set of actions, natural, simple and intuitive, Danilo involves all his experience, gained in luxury and fashion arena, working for thirty years, at the international level, with various companies in the industry, from retail to pure design. He commits himself to the development of the D-Table project. He collects, with the enthusiasm that always distinguishes him, the challenge of bringing together, in a single creation, cutting-edge technology and his innate talent as designer. Thus, after long and careful design studies, the D-Table was born, a multi-touch interactive table, proudly made in Italy, a pure and highly customisable piece of design and, at the same time, a home automation tool for prestigious interiors, whose functions are the most varied, from home entertainment to business. An almost infinite range of possible activities that allows sharing multimedia content between multiple users via manual and instinctive fluid movements. The touch surface, with the variable dimensions on demand is able to perceive the movements of 100 fingers simultaneously, isolating and excluding unintentional movements such as palms and elbows. Offering a high resolution screen (3840x2160px), the D-Table features an operating system from Windows 10 onwards and for the moment is presented as a basis in 5 different models: D-Zero, D-Time, D-Cosmo, D-Monster and D-Square all born from the pen of Danilo. Precious and unique in its kind, it does not fear any form of corrosion, it is perfectly isolated and can be cleaned from residues of food and beverages with a simple stroke of cloth. Practical and easily operated, the D-Table has collected immediate positive acclaim from companies and individuals in many different parts of the world and is available to the public at concept stores of the highest level such as Visionnaire Design Gallery in Milan, visible in hotels such as Rome Cavalieri or De Russie, or the Monaco Zelo’s restaurant and of course the Cascella Porto Cervo flagship store.
