Verba volant, Scripta Manent is a Latin proverb. Literally translated it means "spoken words fly away, written words remain".
This phrase seems to come from a speech of Caius Titus of the Roman Senate who suggests that spoken words might easily be forgotten
but written documents can always be conclusive in public matters. A related meaning is that if two people want to establish a formal agreement about something it is better to put it in writing rather than just having an oral agreement.

We decided to call us "Verba Manent" " cause our spoken words do not fly away, they remain!

Verba Manent was founded by Gianfilippo Versari in 2016, after serving as the PR Director of several luxury brands for nearly a decade and the Brand Manager and UK and Italy representative for the international publication Le Grand Mag. With Verba Manent, Gianfilippo committed to bringing together an outstanding team of people, working with clients we believe in, and offering a thoughtful, intimate and results-driven agency experience across different and various countries.  Furthermore all his current & previous experiences have enabled him to build strong relationships across worldwide media of the luxury & lifestyle industry, an impressive list of contacts of journalists, bloggers, influencers and other luxury brands.

Gianfilippo Versari joined forces with Laura Lamarra and Flavio Incarbone. In Verba Manent, Gianfilippo, Laura and Flavio have decided to bring together, in addition to their varied experiences and professionalism, a team of people with the aim of providing the customer with an individual and tailor made support aimed at obtaining visibility in the various countries of interest. Laura Lamarra comes from PWC and Arthur D'Little and other major Consulting Companies. She is not only a journalist but an expert in the Business Development arena, former Board of  Directors member at Expo 2015 as well as for Unicredit Finacial Market and Villa Torretta Forum. Flavio is a professional journalist. He has worked on tabloids, periodicals and TV, directing luxury, lifestyle and technology publications. Passionate about communication, he loves the intelligence of man applied to every area.
